Hi there! I am Shaunna LeMasters, Bodyworker and Owner of FLOW, LLC (MA70958). I have provided professional therapeutic and sports massages since 2012, after graduating from Pensacola School of Massage Therapy & Health Careers and becoming licensed by the Florida Department of Health. Before this career, I was a 911 dispatcher for the Okaloosa County Sheriffs Office, and then a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Store Manager for Walgreens. With both of these professions, I learned how exhausting and unhealthy the world could really be. This is why I chose to become a massage therapist. I wanted to create a work environment for myself that was peaceful and healing. I wanted to continue helping humans, by easing their tension and providing them a compassionate touch. I wanted to inspire a healthy lifestyle, and a strong foundation of wellness.
MY GOAL: to Calm your head space, Relax your physical being, and Inspire you to FLOW (Fuel Life on Wellness).
I will work with anyone that appreciates the healing power of human touch. You will breathe and rest, and receive new life to areas of your physical body. We begin with a health assessment, and discuss activities that could be creating physical pains or strains. Then we determine the best treatment for you, which includes the use of physical touch, therapy tools, or essential oils. My preferred tool is pictured below, the Theragun Elite. However, my joy comes from incorporating essential oils, as I believe they are equally healing when applied correctly.
